Sit inside a client's team for an engagement, translate ambiguous business problems into shipped software, and leave behind capability — not lock-in.

  • Embed with a Fortune 500 product or platform team for 3–12 month engagements.
  • Move fluently across the stack — backend, data, integration, and frontend — to unblock delivery.
  • Run discovery, scope, and trade-off conversations directly with engineering leadership.
  • Document and hand off everything so the in-house team owns it after we leave.
